On August 14, 2021, the first green intelligent ship “Changhang Cargo 001” in the inland river, which was equipped with Hangzhou “Advance” hybrid marine gearbox, was successfully launched in Jiangsu Dajin Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. The ship adopts a hybrid power system, with oil, gas, and electric hybrid power. It is a demonstration ship of the “Green and Intelligent Inland River Ship Innovation Project” approved by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China.
In order to meet customer requirements, relying on the company’s more than 60 years of technology accumulation, Hangzhou Gear Group overcomes difficulties such as complex working conditions and short production cycles of the gearbox, and worked overtime during the “high temperature holiday” to successfully complete the core component of the hybrid-gearbox ( Model HCT1400P).
