A certain type of transfer case prototype trial-manufactured by the Design and Testing Institute of Hangchi Group Technology Center successfully passed the factory acceptance review and was delivered to the customer.
The transfer case is applied to the auxiliary power unit of special vehicles, and has strict requirements in specific environments. For this reason, the entire gearbox uses corrosion-resistant materials and special processes. The product adopts a single-input and double-output parallel shaft structure, and two sets of clutches control the operation of two outputs respectively, with the function of clutch transmission. The relevant departments of the company worked together to make the delivery as scheduled.
Experts in the review team checked the product dimensions and weight indicators, tested and confirmed the product test items according to the factory test program, and finally its superior performance was approved by the customer.
